Introduction

NEOCON CA-40N is a concrete admixture mainly composed of naphthalene sulfonic acid formalin condensate. It exhibits strong dispersing ability and allows high strength with low air entraining property. Especially, it is suitable for high temperature and high pressure curing and suitable for secondary concrete products such as PHC.

Introduction

MARBOS AW-150 is an AE water reducing agent (high-range type) based on lignin and naphthalene sulfonate as main components. It has excellent water reducing effect to shorten the setting time of concrete and improve early strength, workability, and resistance to freeze-thaw. Overall, It improves the durability and quality of concrete. MARBOS NL-330 is a chemical admixture for concrete mainly composed of modified lignin sulfonic acid compound and special polycarboxylic acids. It improves water reduction rate and slump maintenance compared to the conventional high-range AE water reducing agent. Excellent water reduction effect shorten setting time, improve early strength, workability, and freeze-thaw resistance. Overall, the product effectively enhances durability and quality of concrete. NEOCON WS-100 is a segregation resistance underwater concrete admixture soluble in aqueous cellulose solution. When used in convention concrete formulation, it improves segregation resistance. This product can be used with NEOCON MA-105 to improve fluidity and reduce slump loss.

How to use

1. Standard usage is 0.8~1.2% per unit quantity
2. NEOCON WS-100 powder is mixed together with dry aggregate and cement. Mix thoroughly before use.
3. Appropriate amount of NEOCON MA-105 is added to concrete mixture for its best performance.
