TWSOFT HSS conc. is a newly developed silicone textile softener emulsion that possesses significant cost-effective benefits for textile finishing. It is particularity suitable for textiles which require unique softness hand-feel style, hydrophilic property, and very good emulsion stability under different textile wet processing conditions.

Unlike conventional hydrophilic silicone softeners, TWSOFT HSS conc. has minimal impact on the hydrophilic nature of cotton goods, while at the same time delivers a superior silky, natural softness and comfort feeling for treated fabric.

TWSOFT HSS conc. can be applied to a variety of fabrics by using the typical finishing process. It is an ideal product for the finishing of cotton knits, cotton towels and high yarn count cotton twills.

How to Apply

 TWSOFT HSS conc. is applicable to a variety of fibers, yarns and fabric as a softening agent. It is water-dispersible, recommended to pre-dilute one part TWSOFT HSS conc. with 5 ~ 6 parts of water under suitable stirring before use.

The optimum dosage depends on the required softness, type of fabrics and finishing conditions. The following application conditions are commonly recommended:

1. Pad-dry-cure continuous process for 100% cotton woven (one dip one pad) :

TWSOFT HSS conc               20-40g/L

2. Exhaustion process for 100% cotton knits :

TWSOFT HSS conc               2-4% o.w.f
