Emulsifying process

TWSOFT DM-5                                 24kg

   Alcohol Alkoxylate（Lutensol XP70）               5kg

Butyl carbitol                                   2.5kg

Mix the materials, add 5kg of deionized water, stir well, slowly add deionized water according to the quantity of 5 kg each time, until viscosity decreases. After flowing to be steady, please add residual water to the total 100kg, stir well then filter.

How to Apply                                                       

TWSOFT DM-5 hydrophilic silicone oil is suitable for padding and dipping applications, recommended dosages are as follows :

[1] by padding :

TWSOFT DM-5 (above emulsion)              20 - 40g/L

[2] by dipping :

TWSOFT DM-5 (above emulsion)              2 - 4% o.w.f
