LOTTE Advanced Materials declares ‘Creative Labor-Management Culture’

LOTTE Advanced Materials held an event tilted “Declaration of Creative Labor-Management Culture”
at the Yeosu Production Headquarters on April 24, with some 150 executives and staff members including
CEO Lee Ja-hyung and union leader Han Jung-woon in attendance. The event was designed to promote
family-like and win-win management practices.

At the ceremony, the company announced the Labor-Management Charter and participating executives and labor union members jointly signed the 10-point pledges including greater corporate value, enhanced employee happiness and social value creation.

The Labor-Management Charter contains details about holding mutual respect for management’s business operations and labor rights, resolving labor issues through dialogues, recognizing and pursuing growth targets for sustainable business, and working together to nurture a creative labor-management culture.

CEO Lee Ja-hyung said, “I will continue to work with the labor union that we can move in the same direction, and I will strive to raise the quality of life by putting top priority on employees and their families.”
Union leader Han Jung-woon said, “We will work together on the basis of mutual trust and consideration so that LOTTE Advanced Materials will become a happy place to work and live.”
